A TikTok worker who sued the Trump administration over its ban of the video-sharing app has agreed to drop his case.
Patrick S. Ryan submitted a submitting dated November 13, stating that each side had been asking the court docket to dismiss the case with prejudice. No cause was given.
TikTok proprietor Bytedance Ltd. this week received a 15-day extension of its deadline to promote U.S. property and the Commerce Division stated it wouldn’t transfer ahead with a ban on U.S. residents utilizing the app, in gentle of two court docket injunctions.
