(CBS DETROIT) – The Detroit Public Library is now providing a free laptop computer renting program for adults.
This comes as libraries have restricted hours because of the coronavirus pandemic.
Laptops should be reserved upfront and friends should go in-person to any open Detroit Public Library department or the cellular library to order a laptop computer, in response to the Detroit Public Library.
Adults with a library card can try a pc for 90 days.
A free flash drive can even be given out for customers to maintain and a $500 alternative charge is required if the property is misplaced or broken.
Friends can be notified when it’s prepared for pick-up.
