(Reuters) – British videogame developer Codemasters Group Holdings stated on Friday it had obtained a buyout supply from U.S.-based videogame writer Take-Two Interactive Software program Inc for 485 pence per share.
Codemasters, which is thought for its System One video games for the Ps 4, added that the deal time period, which values the corporate at 739.2 million kilos ($973.01 million), includes of 120 pence per share in money and 365 pence per share payable in Take-Two shares.
Codemasters’ shares have been up 8.6% to 470 pence at 1640 GMT, following the announcement. Take-Two’s shares have been up 2.9%.
