
The Hennepin Avenue Apple retailer is not going to reopen, which marks one other nationwide model transferring on from Uptown.
The tech large opened its first Minneapolis retail retailer at 3018 Hennepin Ave., the positioning of the previous Uptown Bar, in 2010. The late 2000s and 2010s introduced a number of nationwide manufacturers to Hennepin Avenue, together with Victoria’s Secret, The North Face and Columbia Sportswear. Now, most of these retailers have closed.
In an announcement, Apple referred to as the choice to shut the Uptown retailer “troublesome” and mentioned staff have been supplied different positions inside the firm.
The shop had been closed because the pandemic started in March.
