Nokia will be Lose IF…


Nokia the leading mobile phone provider might be lose the market if they are not produce more smart phone as Apple. From the survey, people are more interested to have a smart phone include various application inside as what Apple going through right now.

“This is a very tough spot for Nokia to be in right now,” Colin Gillis, an analyst at Brigantine Advisors in New York, said in a Bloomberg Radio interview. “They’re going to need the types of devices that people can use to download applications and the kind of devices that people can be interactive with, the types of devices we’re seeing out of Apple.”

Nokia plunged the most in more than five years yesterday, shaving 6.1 billion euros ($8.6 billion) off its market value, after lowering targets for market share and profit margins.

Nokia Stop Production


Nokia has announce to stop production of its N810 Internet Tablet – WiMAX Edition. Officially, Nokia indicated that the device had “reached the end of its lifecycle” but the very slow deployment of WiMAX in the U.S. certainly contributed to this decision.

WiMax has been competing for the status of next generation mobile technology, but has largely lost the battle to Long-Term Evolution (LTE).

Introducing the Nokia N97, the next generation high-end mobile phone from Nokia. Described by Nokia folks as a “handheld computer” this device is a pretty comfortable high-end Smartphone. It has a tilting (resistive) touch-screen display, and is the first N-series phone with a QWERTY keyboard. Nokia N96


The N96 is an evolution of the dual-slider design Nokia released with the N95 two years ago. However, compared to the initial N95, the N96 is not as thick, though it’s wider. The slider is more taut, and there are fewer gaps in the build.

The slide mechanism has also been tweaked and now feels much smoother and sturdier, but the unique dual keypad arrangement has been retained. If you slide the screen upwards you’re met by the standard numerical keypad, but when you slide it downwards a column of four media playback controls (play, stop, fast-forward and rewind) are revealed.
