Lately you’ve probably been hearing many companies talk about how they are implementing data governance.  You’ve likely also seen many news stories about companies losing data, inadvertently giving customers other customer’s private information, or even companies making flat out embarrassing mistakes.  Well, these types of mistakes awful for a company’s public image, so they’re implementing policies, procedures, and cool tech to ensure that this type of thing does not happen to them in the future.
